Verbum Icon

I have been using Logos since version 4 and I have upgraded twice. In that time Verbum was released and my Logos is branded Verbum when I launch it. However, the icon is still the logos icon. I recently installed Verbum on a friends computer and noticed that the Verbum installer has a Verbum icon.
Is there a way to get the Verbum icon without reinstalling logos?

No.

Actually there may be a way....
Is this Windows? Assuming it is, go to the Start menu, and find the Verbum program, Right click on it, and select Properties. You'll see a dialog box like this:
If you click the "Change Icon..." button, you will see another dialog box and you instructions are pretty simpLe to select the V" icon and make it the default icon for the program. Note you may have to unpin/repin from Start Menu or Task Bar to create a new shortcut (again just right click on the program name in Start menu to see these options), or right click and copy, thEn past-shortcut on the desktop if that's where you keep it.

No, the Verbum icon (and splash screen, etc.) is only available when installing the separate Verbum software (not when running Logos with "set verbum to yes" enabled, which it sounds like you are doing).

But you can assign any icon you want to a program in Windows.

Yes. But I am running logos.exe which does not contain the Verbum icons. I can always download the Verbum installers for PC and Mac, extract the contents, extract the icons, and then manually set them. I was just checking to see if there was an less brute force way to do this.

Maybe some verbum user can upload the Verbum icon file like others did way back with the nicer L4 icon - or you build it yourself from a screenshot.
EDIT: I tried both: found a verbum.png icon file with google, and I did a screenshot with Jing to get a png file. I threw both into ConvertICO.com and got two icons which work, but for me look good only on white background. Or they need the whitespace converted to transparent.
