Bug Issue
I have been trying to do a Bible Facts Report using LOGOS 5 for windows... Every time I click on the Bible facts thing under tools it pulls up the screen, an error message shows up and it shuts completely down. I tried troubleshooting and that did not work, so I need help. Thanks!!!

Please follow the link https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and upload logs so that your problem may be diagnosed.
Make sure that you are running the latest version of the software.
In the command bar at the top of the software type "update now" for Logos to self inspect itself.

I tried the update now and it didn't find anything and I also created the log files 6837.Logos Log Files.zip

The log suggests it is something to do with looking up some details on the temple.
Can you clarify exactly what you were doing, what you were looking up?
And does this only happen for particular entries or for anything you try and look up using the tool?
