How do I use programs such as: "Artifacts from the British Museum", "Preaching Themes Slide Art", "deSilva Teaching Materials"? I cannot get them to show up anywhere or find instructions on how to find and use them. The same with Logos 6 maps.

Mike, welcome to the Forums. The first three items (and some other image resources) are not individual resources. In fact the British Museum information is not even on our computer. It is downloaded. You can use the new Media Search and you will see these. 'deSilva' will bring his videos up. You'll have some of these show up when you include Media in a Passage or Sermon Guide, in the Factbook, and other places that deliver media.
The maps are integrated into the new Atlas. They will show up there.
