Bug: Some section headings not appearing in Everything search

I decided to try the books.logos.com functionality in the Everything search, and tried the example shown in another post, but as you can see, three sections of the search are appearing without headings. The third of these is books.logos.com, but the other two have no hits, so nothing appears when I expand them and I'm not sure what they are. I'm on SR3, with Yosemite and the configuration shown in my signature.

But interestingly, when I run another "Everything" search, everything shows up quite happily. It's also noticeable that the headings of the sections omitted in the previous search are aligned slightly differently vertically against the expand/collapse arrows from the other sections.

I could not reproduce the faulty display with this search in 6.0a Beta 1 Mac.

I can't reproduce it again now, (although it happened every time at first) although the four sections that "disappeared" still have slightly different alignment after a restart. It must have been something transient on my system: I'll post again if I come across it on another occasion.
