I just have updated to logos 6.0a on beta, then downloaded some resources and indexing finished, so I open it and search timeline item, but show me this,can anybody resolving it.

This indicates you haven't got the dataset which comes with Logos 6 Bronze and above or the Core Crossgrade. What is your package?
I have Gold on L5, and on L6 beta have updated from L5.3 now.
If it worked in 5.3 it should definitely work now. Try update resources in the Command box as this should download any missing items.
