Lockup - return from hybernation

When I restart the computer after hibernation, Logos locks up for about 10 minutes and slows down the whole computer. When I click on the program window, eventually Windows recognizes that Logos is not responding and asks if I want to shut down the program.

I am running Logos 6 beta 1 on Windows 7 x64.
