Problems highlighting only a portion of a sentence in Logos 6.

When I highlight about two-thirds of a sentence in Logos 6, it assumes that I want the entire sentence highlighted. It also behaves this way with paragraphs as well. Is there any way to get around this and highlight only a portion of the sentence or paragraph?

Chad, you've discovered Smart Selection. To turn it off go to Tools>Program Settings and look for the option to turn it off.

It is called smart selection.

1. Open Tools

2. Go to the centre column to Program Settings under Utilities.

3. Set "Smart Text Selection" to No.

Help opens the software to the help menu for this command.

Or use the ALT key to disable it just for a single selection
