MISSING RESOURCES from L6 Collector Edition

First, it is missing this one
1. A Popular Account of Discoveries at Nineveh
and this one..
2. Near East Archaeological Society Bulletin (1958–2013) (78 issues)
When are we going to receive this? Also, why isn't the quick buy button greyed out for L6 CE buyers?
Thanks

I bought collectors as well, went back in the next day to verify items still forth coming and yes it told me to own collectors I needed to pay an additional 328.50, to my surprise.
All the ones still forth coming have an asterisk next to them but I had 4 that did not, I was told this might be a bug.
the 4:
Lexham English Bible Audio$7.00
The Epistles of St. Clement to the Corinthians in Syriac 8.95
A Popular Account of Discoveries at Nineveh 22.95
Theology of the Old Testament: Testimony, Dispute, Advocacy 29.950 -

Theology of the Old Testament: Testimony, Dispute, Advocacy 29.95Check your library carefully - Lexham English Bible Audio, A Popular Account of Discoveries at Nineveh and Theology of the Old Testament: Testimony, Dispute, Advocacy have been out for awhile, I have them in my library. That sounds like an error that they were not unlocked for you.
My list is different - at the top it says I will get 6 resources, but only 5 are "not owned":
Clarke's Commentary OT 79.95
Clarke's Commentary NT 79.95
The Epistles of St. Clement to the Corinthians in Syriac 8.95
Near East Archaeological Society Bulletin (1958–2013) (78 issues) 99.95
Lexham English Bible Audio 7.00Yet I have Clarke's Commentary OT and NT, and Lexham English Bible Audio, so that's a web site bug. I think the only ones not out are Clement and the Bulletin; they are on prepub, and we will not be charged for them when they are released. Clement is part of a bigger package.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for bringing this conversation and level of detail to the forum. It's very helpful. We've identified what we believe are all the issues that are leading to what you're seeing on the product page after purchase, and should have them resolved today. This wasn't a single bug, but various minor configuration issues that impacted about 17 products within the collection.
The majority of updates will simply result in the page properly reflecting your ownership of the resources in the collection. In some instances we'll be changing what the chart displays, but not impacting your ownership. For Example:
- Clarke's Commentary on the Bible (6 vols.) is included in collectors.
- The chart currently displays
- Clarke's Commentary of the Old Testament (4 vols.)
- Clark's Commentary of the New Testament (2 vols.)
- The chart will be updated to show Clarke's Commentary on the Bible (6 vols.)
- The chart will show that you own Clarke's Commentary on the Bible (6 vols.)
In some instances, the page was showing resources that we did not intend to include in the Collector's edition package. In these instances, they will be removed from product page and comparison chart moving forward, but we'll ensure everyone who purchased Collector's Edition before this update has those resources unlocked to their account. Resources that fall into this category are:
- Sermons to the Natural Man (Side note, Sermons to a Spiritual Man was what we intended to included, as was unlocked to you with your purchase, this will be added to the chart)
- A Popular Account of Discoveries at Nineveh
In one instance, the page was showing a product that we cannot include in a base package. We're removing it from product page and comparison chart moving forward, but we'll ensure everyone who purchased Collector's Edition before this update has a $14.97 credit posted to their account to cover what this resource contributed to the Collector's Edition price. This resource was:
- Reformed Baptist Theological Review (3 vols.)

Seems to be as I got it through the Collectors edition. However it is a little complicated as they changed the ttles a few times over the years:
- in 1958
Near Eastern Archaeology
Bulletin of the Near Eastern Archaeological Society - from 1959 - 1967
Near Eastern Archaeology
Bulletin of the Near East Archaeological Society
- from 1971-1974
The Bulletin Series
of the
NEAR EAST ARCHAEOLOGICAL SOCIETY - from 1975-1996
NEAR EAST ARCHAEOLOGICAL SOCIETY BULLETIN: New Series
- from 1997 - 2013
NEAR EAST ARCHAEOLOGICAL SOCIETY BULLETIN
0 - in 1958
-
I haven't gotten any of the resources and the $14.97 credit Glenn mentioned.
When would the credit & the resources coming Glenn?

The updates are in the queue to be processed, but I can't predict how fast things will actually move through the queue.
I'll post again when the updates have been made. At that point you should all be able to validate you see the updates and credit on your end.
The Near East Archaeological Society Bulletin (1958 - 2013) resource is complicated.
- This product is still pre-pub
- Collector's Edition is supposed to contain some but not all of the journals in the collection
- The product page did not make this clear when it referenced the collection as a whole
- The updates to the product page will link users to a new collection that properly inventories the journals actually included in the base package
- Users who purchased Collector's Edition before the updates went into effect will receive a $14.29 credit to their account
The total credits to account resulting from today's changes will be $29.26.

I had approx. 64 items in the list that were yet to download- has that been significantly reduced?
If so then it may effect whether I keep collectors or not- may return it and just buy AYB outright, save myself $1500.

It would be awesome if it shows up by November 30th. (Along with the $50 "rebate" credit.)

In most instances, the Collector's Edition product page on the website was telling people they didn't own something that had already been downloaded to them. Everyone was likely seeing slightly different numbers in terms of the resources that would be "new to them". Now everyone should be seeing full ownership of everything in the list.
For those who purchased prior to Nov. 12, they are receiving a few more resources than were planned to be included in Collector's Edition.
For those receiving a credit for products we were unable to include, those products were never configured to be delivered and represent only 1 of the 64 resources Whyndell was seeing displayed as unowned on the product page.

Yep- it appears to be fixed- thanks for getting this done- hopefully all glitches will be eventually addresses moving forward on these upgrades.
1) We definitely need a "new" category to show up when the product is new in our library- not just updated resource.
2) this would allow us to double check our purchases after we make them.
I am still weary about the resources I actually received because I no way to verify them- but that will have to do for now. Logos is a major personal investment on my part, as it is with many here, please be sensitive to our desire to want to track our resources, they represent a lot of money from our financial present and futures.

Any news on when this will be handled?
EDIT: Nevermind. I think I just got the credit.

Strange, because I thought it was supposed to be twenty-nine-something.
