Has anyone found a solution to make Bible references in a Kindle ebook (on iPad or the Kindle cloud reader read.kindle.com) show up as hyperlinks to Bible passage popups a la RefTagger style?
It would be tremendously useful.
Peter
You can convert a Kindle book to a Logos personal book, but what you want is never going to be possible on the iPad Kindle reader.
There are some Chrome extensions that may work with the Kindle Cloud reader:
I use the third one from Mark's list. Works great. [Y]
Thanks Mark.
I couldn't get the first two to work at all (I'm using an Amazon.com product page that has scripture references as a test).
The third one works on the abovementioned Amazon.com product detail page, but I couldn't get it to work with the Kindle Cloud Reader.
Any thoughts?
I'm not at my PC right now, but if it doesn't work it's probable that Amazon prevent that sort of thing to avoid extensions breaking their DRM protection.
Bohuslav, were you able to get it to work for the Amazon Cloud Reader read.amazon.com?
I'm back now, and checked. The Cloud Reader obfuscates the text, and as such, this isn't going to work.
Thanks for your help, Mark.
