This is David. Up graded to 6 today.... still having indexing issue
Ensure your anti-virus or security suite has an exclusion for C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Logos5 as something is blocking access to it.
Delete the folder C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\3gi1sxam.t31\BibleIndex\, restart Logos and indexing will resume (should take about 20 min).
