Frustrated. Common Logos
i need to vent here. Logos on IPad is driving me nutS Erratic resource availability even if I try download the book into my library. Getting to the point where it is more hassle than it is worth. Common guys don,t write it to suit yourselves but us, the users. Allow me access to all my paid for resources on my device to stop the constant connection issues. And I know my around technology so don,t put it down to that. Your PC software is great but both the Android and IOS versions are simply not up to scratch.
FURTHER. It would be nice to have the same attention when I ask how do I get my free upgrade to Logos6 as I got when selling me ver 5 a month or so ago.

Are you able to clarify what issues you are seeing?
Your PC software is great but both the Android and IOS versions are simply not up to scratch.
What specific shortcomings are you referring to? And I know that there are a lot of desktop functions which are not present in the mobile versions but they are not intended to replicate the desktop environment.

What version of the Logos app are you running on your iPad? The current version is 4.3.7 so if you are running something older please update to the current version.
