Page Numbers

I'm trying to find a page number for a parenthetical note. The help section tells me to go to the visual filters section and choose the option to show page numbers. The problem is there is no selection to show page numbers under the visual filters or any where else I can find. help!

The PN visual filters is under the VF menu. The problem probably is, not all resources have had PNs added. Try a different resource (or two or three) and see if you can find this:

I tried the Hollman Illustrated Bible Dictionary and the page number is showing because I have it selected under visual filters. There is not option to select "show page numbers" on the Lexham Bible Dictionary. I guess they are not available... Thanks!
