It shows up that way on any page that I visit. I'm using Firefox 33.1 which is the current production release.

Display resolution is: Running windows 8.1, can replicate in windows 10.
Cannot replicate it on IE and checking in Chrome now. Its fine in Chrome as well. Not going to install Safari though.
Ah. I can repro now in Chrome and Firefox if zoom is set below 100%. I'll open a case. Thanks for notifying us.
