Endless sychronization continues endlessly

For almost a week all L6 wants to do is synchronize.

I have contacted Logos tech help .... almost a week later ....

My logs reveal 2 errors which repeat over and over again.

1. There is a problem with the reverse interlinear

2. The syncmanager fails to connect to the Logos server

First thing is setting compatibility mode for Logos.exe. Right click the shortcut and remove all compatibility.

I'll come back later about the other issues.

Try deleting \Logos 6\Logos\Data\4grzuqh2.hd4\ReverseInterlinearManager\ folder (if we haven't already).

I can only think there is something blocking Logos.exe or domain logos.com i.e. your security/anti-virus suite?

From crash log your C:\ drive only has 14 GB free space. I don't know if it affects anything here but I would increase that to at least 20 GB or 15% the size of the disk.

Thx. I am sure we will work this out.

1. Deleted the reverse interlinear folder. (I have done this several times already).

2. I have tried switching off firewall and virus (Norton). Same "blockage".

3. L6 seems incapable of searching any resources. Searches repeatedly come back with ZERO hits.

4. I have increased the spare capacity of C drive to 20G. Don't forget, L6 is installed in my D drive.

I just want to rule out any effects from a marginal system drive that can impact the assets that programs need from the OS.

I'm disappointed that a session with Tech Support has not resolved anything.Please try again because armchair advice is clearly not working e.g. the fix for #3 is to reindex with the rebuild index command. It may work but does not resolve the fundamental issues with your installation.
