From the Home Page please enter "rebuild index" in the Reference field and wait a couple of minutes... then, open the Library panel and search for "Church Dogmatics" - you should see all 14 resources.

Sorry, no idea. I don't even know if this option is available on Android. If no one answers here, check the Android forum.
The rebuild index option is not implemented on Android.
Kevin's right that the "rebuild index" command isn't implemented on Android, but that's because the Android app doesn't need it. The library is managed very differently on Android right now and it doesn't have the same "indexing" step that iOS has.
That being said, you can click the search/magnifying glass button at the top of the Android home screen to get to the reference box and enter a Bible reference. [:)]
