Thanks TODD...

So I am getting all these emails from "Todd" showing me all the new features which I have in Logos 6 which I decided to upgrade to. Unfortunately this ended up being a depressing journey of finding out whats not included in my package. For example...something like Atlas which seems to be EVERYWHERE as part of Logos 6 isnt part of my package and thus I don't benefit at all from this feature. Then there is "Form and Structure of the Psalms" tool which I was really excited to check out since I'm in the middle of a series on the Psalms...again not part of my package. This seems alittle tricky to advertise all this stuff IN LOGOS 6 only to find out once you get it that its not included unless you bought one of the more most expensive packages. Anyone else frustrated?

I'm not sure what package you have, but the crossgrades are relatively cheap and contain the features that you are referring to. I bought a crossgrade for about $127 in order to get the feature updates. I didn't buy a "package" because at this time I don't want any more books.

Yeah where is he? I only received one email and I think it was telling me I had just bought L5 and now I needed to upgrade to L6. LOL I bought L5 when it first came out, not recently. On top of that, I have already upgraded to L6, so I think it was sent to me by error.

Anyone else frustrated?

I'm not an employee but I'm thinking something is not right, and not what Faithlife or its owner intends.

If you were promised or sold a package based on features that you believed were present or you later received e-mails directed personally to you based on the specific package you bought, and those e-mails describe those same features you do not have, then you have a sincere complaint. I'm sure Faithllife does not want that to be your experience. There is always a money-back guarantee.

I would call the person who promised and/or sold you the package and discuss it with them. If that does not work out, you can talk to the boss directly. He will help.

I was momentarily frustrated when I thought I didn't get the Psalms tool, which didn't appear to be functional. Anyway, I found out I DO have it, but it got me looking at the extended crossgrade. Wonder, have you checked out what that might cost you? It may not be that much after getting your base package.
