Logos 6 will no longer download updates

After successfully installing Logos 6 and it seemingly functioning normally (including downloading and installing application and document updates) it is now registering and triggering the download process (and this is visible in the download bar at the top of the application), but nevertheless remains on "Download 0%". The download size also continues to increase as more updates are released, however, the download will not commence.

I am not near my computer to read your log at the moment... Have you restarted your computer? What version of logos? What OS?

Yes, I have restarted; the download has been stalled for a number of days. Each time I open the application it detects more download items, commences the download but remains on 0%.

Jared, have you tried repairing the software from the control panel?

Yes I did try the repair and had no success. I also adjusted my firewall settings for Logos and had no success.

However, I hadn't checked Windows update in the past week so I just checked there. I discovered that it was refusing to install an auto update. I cleared that and attempted the install again; successfully installed the updates; rebooted; and all is now fine. I have updated to RS-4.
