Trying to Install and Index Every single day (always fails)

So, for the last few weeks, every time I turn on Logos it "has an update to install" but it fails out. Then, my Logos goes through the entire index procedure all over again. I am tired of seeing it happen every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Yes, I can tell it not to install, but that also means I am not updating the new resources I have either.

I have attached my logs.

Hi Ed - and welcome to the forums

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

The indexer log has:

"Access to the path 'C:\Users\Ed\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\3t1lupli.pfm\LibraryIndex\supplemental-build.lxn' is denied."

Can you check file / folder permissions to see if you have access to that folder?

I just opened my explorer and got right to it by following the path you gave. It was read only. Should I take that off the "libraryIndex" folder?

Yes, try renaming it to get it out of the way and then start Logos again

That seems to have worked. The install loaded and it is indexing. I will restart later today and verify. Thank you so much Graham!
