Jeff, yes you can. However with a Bible Search you can specify a single Bible, your Top Bibles, All Bibles or a collection of Bibles. You determine your Top 5 Bibles using prioritization in Library. I think if were doing this search I might create a collection with just those two Bibles. That way I could search them even without having them both open. If you need help to build a collection you can find it here.
Here is an example of doing the search on both Bibles at the same time:
An empty square means the word does not appear in that version.
This shows you were BOTH versions use the word (both squares are filled). The count at the top if for the first-listed Bible (in this case the ESV). The text you see is also from that version.
