Crash during Install---Need direct download link.

Hello,

I ran into an issue that I saw someone else did last week. Logos 6.0a beta 1 did not install properly. Now I can't downgrade, but there is also no link to directly download the file and try again.

I am sure that there is some logic in not publicly posting the links, but it does make it difficult when these sort of problems arise (which it is a beta program, so it is somewhat expected that they will from time to time). :-D

Could someone "in the know" email we a direct download link? john@needfaith.org

Logon to the Logos website and click on you name at the top right of the screen and select orders. Then select your order for Logos 6 and on the bottom of that page you should see a link to download the program, or there should be a link in your confirmation email for your order you could use.

However, not sure what the exact process to reinstall Logos 6 on top of your unsuccessful install of Logos 6.0a beta 1. 

If you are on a mac and have CleanApp or something like that it might be good to completely remove the unsuccessful install prior to installing Logos 6 again. On windows you should be able to uninstall from the control panel.

Also, this might entail downloading your resources again if you delete too much.
