But it was only a 7day window from my Gold purchase. Why was I not informed of this in the first place? What other discounts do I have?

It is probably best to contact Faithlife directly. If it was a fairly recent purchase, the direct contact is definitely your best option for a resolution.

I would assume its longer than a 7 day window as you can return the BP for up to 30 days, which means its probably more like a 37 day window.
It was most likely an oversight on your salesmans part. Do you have it on your wishlist? There are other titles too, but I forget how to get there without a base package in my cart.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

I am amazed at how reasonable and fair Logos representatives are if you just contact them, I am making it a habit. You can write them an email as fast as you can write a post here. And you will get far better results. Although I have gotten results by writing here as well--and then kinda wished I hadn't. They are just plain good.

When you add a base package to your cart, you should be taken to https://www.logos.com/bundles, which offers a number of bundles at very good prices. From there, if you click Proceed, you will be taken to https://www.logos.com/topproducts, which offers a number of collections and individual resources at more or less good prices, NICOT/NT being one of them.
Note: you have to have a base package in your cart to see the discounted prices. The second page is different for Verbum than for other packages.

I've been waiting to hear back from the sales rep that I chased down so he could get the commission. I didn't see these special prices because I waited to get in contact with the sales rep I originally purchased Logos 5 with so he would get the commission. I sent an email requesting for information and I haven't received a reply back. It doesn't seem like I'm too important to FaithLife.
Honestly, I haven't been too impressed with some of the customer service I've received with FaithLife after recently spending thousands of dollars with them.

When the deluge of Logos 6 hit, my rep had an automated email that said if your buy request was sent within the sales window for it, he would make sure it was honored.
There are so many sales and sub sales with Logos that you shouldn't get bent out of shape if something slips by the rep or Logos.
I should have broken my jaw when it hit the floor at the deal my rep got for me on L6.

I may be wrong, but last I heard they don't work on commission any more. They do have a quota to fulfil, though.

Dave Kaplan is my rep. There were other items that I wanted that were unchangeable, but the upgrade deal he got me made them possible to get. Nice to whittle my wish list down and have those core items in my library.

Anyone who has ever worked in sales understands that it doesn't matter if you work on "commission", "quota", or straight salary, if you don't make sales, you don't have a job.
