Question about buying new resources

Hello,

I am running L4 through Parallels on a Mac. i would like to purchase a few resources and have the following questions.

 

1. Does every purchase have a download option. I wanted to purchase MacArthur life works but I see they want to ship it to me. A disk would be nice but would take a while to get here (Canada). Can I download it right away?

 

2. How do you add the books?

No. Generally you have to have the disk in hand for the Logos Customer Service people to make it downloaded.

Many books are downloadable. You purchase and after a minute or two open L4 - everything happens automatically. For those that come on disk, load into L3, sync licenses, open L4 and everything happens automatically.  Don't have L3, call customer service with the number on the disk - they handle it from there.

I think the issue is who is the publisher of the digital resource. The Lifeworks series were all digital files created by someone else, not logos. Logos sells them too. So you have to get the disc and then load it. You could load it up in Logos 3 or just call Logos and the will unlock it for v. 4 for you.Then it will be available for immediate download.
