BUG: Missing resource

I had been reading William G Dever's Did God have a Wife. I changed computers and now do not have the volume in my library.
UPDATE: It appears that I am also missing other volumes (though not all) in the Eerdmans Early Israelite Studies Collection. That makes me wonder what else I might be missing—perhaps one of these days I will find out. It continues to show the same number of resources.

Did you run an update resources to see if that corrected the problem? Otherwise, if the library thinks it has the same number of resources, I would suspect an indexing problem. I'd try deleting the file associated with Dever's book. Then restart Logos for a fresh download and index.

If you're on L6, there's a new command: reindex <book title>. Should be much easier than the old delete and re-download routine.

The difference between the delete method and the reindex method is that the first handles both the corrupted resource and corrupted index; the second handles only a corrupted index. It makes sense to try the latter before the former.

That might work if I knew the name of the file, but file names are sometimes a bit cryptic.

Thanks for the suggestion to update resources. That seems to have fixed the problem.
