Missing NIV?

Hello, I'm a little confused.

i downloaded this app a couple years ago and a few translations that were free at the time.

now, however, I can't access them.  It's as though I never bought them, even though in the orders section i can still see that I downloaded the NIV.  Is there a reason I was able to download it then,but not anymore?

Hi Samantha, welcome to the forums!

First some background questions: When you said "this app" which software and platform are you talking about? Logos for Windows? Mac? One of the mobile apps? And then you say "it's as though I never bought them" but you earlier said you got translations that were free at the time. So what exactly did you buy? A base package such as Logos Home, or Logos Bible Study? And, the key question, have you now upgraded to a more recent version of Logos? What version are you running now when you can't access the NIV?

Secondly, to help you diagnose the problem: Are you sure you are logged in using the same email address you used when you set up your account a couple of years ago. Your account is linked with your email address, so if you've changed email addresses in the past couple of years that would affect what resources show up in your account. You can call Customer Service and have them merge your two accounts into one with your current email address if that is what the problem turns out to be.
