BUG: Highlight style moved to a different palette loses label settings (Win 6.0a Beta 2 6.0.1.0025)

When I move a highlight style that has label settings to a different palette, the label settings do not move with it.

1. create a style with a label and attributes in palette A
2. move that style to palette B
3. style no longer has any label settings.
