Navigation fails for Bible Knowledge Commentary

Using this particular resource, navigation fails every time I attempt to jump to a new location. It fails on both my smartphone and tablet. I have not had this issue with any other resource.

Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this problem?

I've just tried on my Android phone and it works fine. Some questions:

    • Can you give a specific reference for example?
    • And do you have the Commentary downloaded to your device or not?
    • Which version of the Android app are you using?

    I'm using Version 4.3.9 build 287.

The commentary is downloaded. An example is navigating from John 16:5 to Psalm 8:1. But there are countless other examples. It doesn't seem to matter where I navigate from or to.

What does work is dragging the slider tool on the bottom of the screen.

I don't have the Verbum app on my phone - just the Bible one

An example is navigating from John 16:5 to Psalm 8:1.

What do you mean by "navigating"? I don't see a link to Psalm 8:1 from the section on John 16:5

    Graham,

I resolved the issue by uninstalling and re-installing.

By navigating I meant I click the top right of the screen where the location is displayed (i.e. John 16:5). Once I click there it brings me to another screen which displays all the books of the Bible, and once selected, options to select chapter and verse.

Thanks for your assistance with this!

    Glad you have it working

Thanks for clarifying - I thought you were talking about clicking on a link in the commentary to go to another place in it

Thanks for your assistance with this!

    You are welcome, Graham
