I turned off "use internet" ad restarted program- I get the initial L4 logo- has been this way for a while waiting for start up- but no go here is the Logos4 log file:

I had that happen to me this morning; but I stopped the logos service from running...and just restarted....and mine fired up...

oK crtl-alt-delete- shut down L4 nothing doing, then went into processes, there was 5 logos.exe's running- did end process on all, then restarted L4- everything ok. If only I had looked earlier- oivay!! (well ya know what I mean)
