I "put off" the 1.5gb download today....I had rolled back to b2 and didn't reindex last night....
So when I saw a thread about the Lexham English bible, I thought I'd take a look again...and when I opened it....this message popped up....
Very informative, easy to understand, and has a button showing how to correct the issue....

Robert, when you get a chance to look at it, let me know what you think (in a separate thread of course). My first impression is that this might be a nice tool for someone who doesn't know the original languages to get a better feel for what is going on under the hood.

I just checked this out and had the same page come up, problem is that the button was greyed out, and I couldn't click it. A reboot didn't clear it up, but I suspect it's because I'm still indexing the fresh resource drop.

Agree totally, I love the message. I wasn't trying to be critical of it at all, it did remind me of the old days and how perplexing Windows used to be in their attempt to communicate to users! This is far from that situation...

Since this is going to be a short explanation, I thought I'd just continue it here.
I had the Lexham English bible mixed up with the The Lexham SGNT: Expansions and Annotations resource...which is very helpful for us "Baby-Greekers"....
I took a look at the LEB and it also looks helpful to me; it has noted translation issues, textual issues, and other things that I'm interested in knowing.
At my level..."Baby-Greek" both are helpful to me.

Thanks Robert, I am looking for tools to help the non-greek people understand a little bit more about what is happening behind the scenes and this looks promising. The net bible also seems to give more information than normal concerning this as well.
