Nothing is available

If this has been addressed, I am sorry. Anyway, after about 3 weeks of not being able to open due to freezing while logging in, that problem has been solved thanks to Tom and this forum. However, when I open up, there is nothing available. There are no resources, no Bibles, nothing. Now, I never got to a point in the installation where I entered the product key on the back of my DVD-ROM sleeve. Is this possibly the issue? I know not all features are available yet, but I have nothing at my disposal. I have the Silver library. Any help?

Stephen,
This is usually due to an Indexer problem. If you can post your logs, I can take a look.

Stephen,
You'll need to set up debug logging for the logging to be most helpful. If you follow the instructions under step #1 in the first post here:http://community.logos.com/forums/t/6731.aspx and replace the nlog.config file in /Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Logging with the contents on the one posted there, you should be good.
I think Joe forgot to show the part in the video where he replaces the nlog.config in his Logging directory with the downloaded file.

Tom do we need to download this nlog.config into the logging directory each time we post a new bug report?

It is not yet 4am in Washington, so I'll answer for Tom. No, you do not need to install nlog.config again.

Stephen,
Try this.
1) Put the DVD in your Mac
2) Delete /Users/<your_id>/Library/Preferences/com.logos.Logos4Indexer.plist
3) Restart Logos 4
I think this should force the DVD to be rescanned and to pull in all your resources.

No, still has nothing as available. Does the fact that I didn't enter my registration key on the back of the software mean anything?
