A note that does not contain the Bible reference in its body is not being selected for My Content - I do my notes by reference.
I'm having a similar issue. I name my notes by the text being referenced, but they do not show up in "My content." I think I'm having a similar problem with "My books," although I have thoroughly observed that yet.
So, for example, the name of a sample note is "Mark 4:21-25."
So what am I doing wrong?

If you just created the note it takes several minutes to be indexed (as part of your documents index).

It is not recognised as a bible reference in the title, so make sure you include notes from that passage.

I have redundantly put the text in the title and the note (title and body). Still no reference in My Content. What gives?
Would like to see a screenshot of notes and search. Also curious about Logos 4 version ?
