The logos 4 on pc is stuck in signing spin flash forever. It's working yesterday and nothing has been changed on the laptop. What's wrong?

Go to Task Manager and stop all processes named logos4.exe - if more than 1 that is the problem. Either way try starting L4 again with Ctrl key held down to generate a log.
