Cannot connect to logos.com

For some reason, my software cannot connect, I can connect to internet and have the correct password. need Help!

    Mac or Windows?

    Have you tried holding the CTRL or Command key when starting Logos and re-entering your Faithlife credentials?

    What have you changed recently?
