Copy Verses Mac Word

Logos 6, Mac OS 10.0.1, Word for Mac 2011.
I have copy verses working - sort of. First problem is that it doesn't format correctly. I have it setup to superscript the verse numbers. If I use copyverses and insert the verses into Pages or Notes, the numbers are superscripted. When I insert them into Word, the numbers are regular text and not superscripted. Any suggestions on how to make it format correctly?
AND, it is a hit and miss proposition to use shortcut keys to accomplish the insert verses command. The highlight text shortcut works, but then when I use the shortcut to do the inserting it sometimes works and often not. I then have to click on the Word tab, services, and then the replace with passage service. Having done that, it will then work for awhile... until I make other editing choices. I haven't discovered any particular editing feature that disrupts this, I just know that sometimes it works for awhile and often the shortcut doesn't work. Again, any suggestions on a fix for this? I have no such problem in other programs so I am assuming it is a problem with Word.
thanks - Hugh

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce you malfunction in MS Word 2011 using Mac OS 10.10.a and Logos 6.0a RC-2.
By "I have it setup to superscript the verse numbers" did you mean that you selected "Fully Formatted" from the CBV dropdown?

I did not use 'fully formatted' but the 'one verse per line' - when you look at its formatting code it shows:
%NoCharFormatting
%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation
=Header
<p>[FullPassageRef] ([Version])</p>
=ForEachVerse
<p>[VerseNum][VerseText]</p>
and displays that it will look like:
2 Peter 2:10 (ESV)
10and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority. Bold and willful, they do not tremble as they blaspheme the glorious ones,
BUT when I insert into Word, I get:
2 Peter 2:10 (ESV)
10and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority. Bold and willful, they do not tremble as they blaspheme the glorious ones,

From which resource? It still works correctly here.

All resources act the same - I notice two things about all the differing formats when inserting into Word - they all end up with Helvetic typeface and none will superscript the numbers.
I notice that there is an option of "copy location as" - but changing that doesn't seem to have any effect on what gets pasted into Word. I have updated Word, OS, and Logos. Am simply stumped. It is more of an aggravation than a problem, I have to go back and superscript all the numbers and change the font. OR insert the verse into Notes, then copy from Notes into Word.

Searched for a setting in Logos that might affect this, but I could not find anything. Noticed the mine pastes into Word as Callibri even though my default resource font in Logos is Gentium Plus and the initial paragraph font in Word is Times New Roman. Have no idea where Calibri font came from. I have no clue as to why we are getting such different results from the same actions. Sorry that I have not been any help in this.
