Logos 5 freezes after Windows 8.1 update!

A couple weeks ago I installed the Windows 8.1 update on my desktop pc. I am running Logos 5. I noticed after the update that Logos was freezing--I noticed it while using the scroll wheel on the mouse to scroll down resources.. I never had any problems before the update. When first opening the program it works fine but when I switch between resource tabs, the trouble begins...I tried running it in compatibility mode and as administrator but neither worked. I emailed Logos support about this a week ago but haven't heard anything from them... Has anyone else encountered this issue? I'd appreciate any advice!

Yes, I have experienced the same thing, using Windows 8.1 64 bit. Occasionally I would scroll down with the mouse wheel and about half way down the scrolling will stop. I will then have to grab the little bar and scroll down using that.

I had a more serious lockup, but this was caused by a bad index, and was fixed by redownloading a resource and reindexing it. It will be interesting to see if this fixes the scrolling problem as well.... I'll try to report back if I see the scrolling problem again.

Thanks Devin. Just received some help from Logos Support... I must have inadvertently links some of my resources to open panels under visual filter options. Solved the problem. Thanks again!
