Someone convert Goodacre's The Synoptic Problem- It's Free

Mark Goodacre's The Synoptic Problem- A Way Through the Maze has been made freely available in various formats by the publisher and author. http://www.markgoodacre.org/maze/
Formats including PDF (but not .docx!) here- https://archive.org/details/synopticproblemw00good
Seems like this is a good candidate for someone with a good pdf-to-word conversion (I don't have it) and make it available.
Any takers?

I'd expect a considerable amount of time to invest making this work (tables, graphics, charts, footnotes...) much faster and more convenient would be to buy it right here https://www.logos.com/product/7491/the-synoptic-problem-a-way-through-the-maze

Hadn't noticed. Do wish the Logos version were cheaper. Not suggesting free, obviously, but competing with a free and legal PDF makes a hard choice for those of us on very limited Logos funds."The whole modern world has divided itself into Conservatives and Progressives. I agree. And it's a fantastic resource (bought it as part of a Chrismas Deal on 2 Jan 12).

The PDF is just page scans, and the plain text is full of hard carriage returns and no images. The viable option is mobi (Kindle) format which contains free-flowing text and the images as well (I suspect it's the same version that used to be sold on Amazon). I used the free version of the AVS Document Convertor software to convert the .mobi file to .docx, and it seems to be fine. I didn't try to make a PB out of it since I already own it in Logos, so I don't know how well it would work, but you can try it yourself. I'm not going to post it, since Faithlife sells it.
