Is this how Media search works?

I did a Media Search on <Matt 25:31-46> - parable of the sheep and the goats.In 0.87 it found 44 hits in Library Results. But in 50 seconds, it found no hits in Logos Media Library.  In 92 seconds it found 0 hits in Online Results (I found a ton of images searching on Google). Then in the ESV I highlighted "Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.", selected Visual Copy, and got this:

    Don, I think Logos had some server problems (or scheduled maintenance) earlier, e.g. I couldn't access faithlife.com and the blog. Since afaik Visual Copy loads the templates from a server, this might just have been a connectivity hiccup. As they suggest, a retry might work now.

    Thanks, I just did it again and it found 4 in the Media Library right away. But immediately returned 0 online. I think they might still be having problems, I'll try again once I see the hardware problems are fixed.

    Logos Media search should be working normally now.
