Since the main issues over the past few days from a customer's point of view was the inability to access the servers/internet services provided by Logos for the functionality across multiple devices, it would be beneficial to have a sync export/import tool. Which would export user created sync-able content that could be copied to a thumb drive (USB pen drive) or emailed or put on Dropbox etc.
This way, while the desktop app is still functional offline you would still be able to continue to work across devices since you could use a USB pen drive to "manually" sync user created content like notes, visual filters, clipping, etc., etc. by importing them into another laptop, desktop, ipad, iphone or android, etc., etc.
Now I recognize this will not necessarily solve ever issue that has occurred over the last three days, it will certainly provide a level of continued functionality should any similar situation present itself again.
