Atlas usage

Is the Atlas part of the Logos cloud now functioning?
I was watching the YouTube on the new atlas, and I tried to follow it, but I couldn't. The video uses John 4 and the Samaritan woman, then opens up the Atlas tool to show how it works.
But when I do that, it says, "Unable to retrieve map data. (Retry)"
Shall I just wait until the Logos cloud is fully functioning?
Or is there another issue?
(I do have a license to use all volumes of the Atlas.)

How about Factbook? I was trying to run a quick background on a Bible Character, Ezekiel, when the whole Logos screen fades (not responding) and finally just quits. This is repeatable when I start factbook and it does not allow me to enter a new search - it goes immediately to the last entry of Ezekiel.
I understand if it is not fully functional, but I want to ensure it is one of those areas that you know in which there may be a residual problem.
Thanks!

This worked fine for me just now.

This may be something else; Factbook is working for me, along with the search for Ezekiel:

Sorry, many of our web services have already come back online, but the web services that support Atlas are still offline at the moment. We're aware of the issue and working on bringing the remaining web services back online.
As of 10:30 PST the Atlas server still appears to be down. There's also what appears to be a notification bug: if you click on the Retry link (in the message Unable to retrieve map data), it doesn't retrieve the map, but the message goes away. I think it should continue to be displayed until the map is retrieved.
You can read Bob's discussion of and apology for the significant server failure this weekend (which included the Atlas maps server) here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/96695.aspx.

C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txtIt may be that I may have to do a refresh on the install since this appears to be a separate issue. Thanks for checking it out for me.
