Visual copy unusable

It appears that the templates for Visual Copy aren't downloaded with the install - but rather are located on the web, in the Logos cloud. Could this be true? I have an installation that is well over 10G in size, with my library, but it doesn't include a sample of visual copy templates?

I'm stuck looking at a window that says "some visual copy templates unavailable. Retry" but retry does nothing except repeat the above message, and I can't use visual copy at all.

Is this true? There are both good and bad elements to this - the good - can I download/install my own templates? the bad - how to get around the fragile logos infrastructure?

Duane, you will note from the following link that visual copy is still not working as a result of the server failure - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/96696.aspx Hopefully it will be working in the near future.

Sigh, okay, so after my post, I saw the Logos outage status post, that clearly states that Visual copy is impaired.

Sad to say, I'm very disappointed to learn that my user experience with Logos 6 is significantly impaired while we wait for the Faithlife team to figure out how to be a tech company.

It would be nice if visual copy could also work when the server is down or/and if one is working off-line.
