There have been problems with many Logos internet-based services over the past four days due to a massive data center storage failure. Synchronization was supposedly brought back online already, but there might be some lingering problems. Check this thread and this thread for status updates on the outage.

Thanks Rosie. Luckily my Logos works perfectly in all other respects. This is not currently a problem for me, I was just wondering. I also heard that the Synchronization should have been online.

Sync should be back to normal by now. But I'm wondering why you are still on Logos 4 when you can easily upgrade to the free Logos 5 engine and should even be considering Logos 6 (the engine will be freely available in Feb 2015)?
