Logos 6 on Windows Installation

Hello everyone,

Well, my Mac is in ICU. Hard drive is probably dying. I am using my wife's Windows computer until I can get a new computer at the beginning of next year. I went to install Logos 6 on this computer and when I clicked the link, I received an http error which said I did not have permission to access. After reading the install page, I think I have to install Logos 5 and then Logos 6. I bought the Extended Crossgrade last month.

I hope this is what works. Could anyone else with similar experiences please share your story?

The Logos 5 installer tried to download and it said that it could not download a critical piece of software. Could someone direct me to a link where I can download Logos 5 or Logos 6 without any difficulties?

No need to install Logos 5 first.

You should be able to find the link to download the Logos 6 setup files either from the email you got confirming your order or from your order history page - select the order corresponding to your purchase of the Logos 6 crossgrade

For Logos 6 you need Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.x

Before you install enable permanent logging as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and upload the compressed Log files folder if there are problems.
