I'm assuming that Logos had not released the pre-pub to allow people an opportunity to get it through their L4 upgrade instead.

This was mentioned on one of the other Forums (General? PC Beta?). Someone there wondered if it had to do with upgrading the Libronix 3 files to Logos 4 files.

Hi, i received an email from logos that the prepub for this collection was going to be ready next week, and the reason for their email was to let me know that it is in the logos 4 upgrades, and it was offering me the option to carry on with the prepub or to take the opportunity to up grade to logos 4. now i have already upgraded to Logos 4 (I did it in November). and i am glad that they emailed me or rlse i would have paid twice for the same thing. now i am wondering, since i have it in logos 4, will it be available for my logos 3??

Most of the new L4 resources should be, try the scripts on this page.

Logos has said they are double checking before they process the orders (I can't find the post right now). However, it's possible they could make a mistake. They'd gladly refund your money if they did. But, on the other hand, it just takes a minute to open up your account and cancel the order. I'd go ahead and cancel it, just to be on the safe side.

Edwin, I didn't even realize I had the Holman resources in my library. I need to really take some time to become more familiar with all of my resources before I purchase an item twice.
