Identifying Downloards and Updates

Is there any way to tell what is actually being downloaded??  I would like to know if I am getting program updates, updated resources or  new resources (and if resources, specifically which resources).

    Hi this is a feature request to have a update management system which is already in our database. You may see it in an upcoming release but probably not anytime soon.
