Find highlights like in Kindle?

I am new to Logos 5 and have times when I am not making notes or clipping things, especially if I decide to read a book in the Logos Bible app on my iPad, at which point I only want to make highlights.

Right now my understanding is that I can only look up those highlights in a Highlighter Pens document, where they are also stored along with highlights from other books.

Is there a way I look up my highlights just for the book I want, like one can for a Kindle book?

You can do it in Logos 6.0a, the latest version to ship. They've added a search feature where you can search for highlighting:

{Highlight StyleName} (put the stylename in quotes if it has spaces in it)

In Logos 5, the best you can do is a wildcard search (*) using the Highlighting style as a search field:

But that is exceedingly slow and not recommended. If you can manage the upgrade to Logos 6 (6.0a) now I'd do that. Or wait until February when updating just the core engine will be free.

Nitpick: quotes are only necessary if the style name has a slash in it (which is probably unusual).

I know you posted this in the Logos 5 forum but I just wanted to point out something in the iOS app.

From the Tools Menu you can choose Highlighting which then allows you to choose resources you have highlighted - and all the highlights are then shown in a single panel

Hi! I have Logs 6.0a but don't understand how to use the syntax {xyz}. Is this something you type into the search box? Could you give a screenshot example of what to type in to pull up all highlights in a particular resource? I have recently finished the Challenge of Jesus and highlighted some favorite passages assuming I could just pull them like I do in Kindle but can find no way to grab the list of highlights. Help! Thanks.
