Is Faithlife email working?

I have sent several emails to multiple addresses in the organization, including sales, support, and multiple times to the sales person that is supposed to be my rep trying to get an email to him. I am looking to buy a few things but I get no response. I thought it might be related to the server issues but, I have received email from support on other issues.

    I have sent a couple of emails too and not heard back, normally I wouldn't have been concerned given the US holiday(Thanksgiving weekend) and their long efforts this past weekend. But I am wondering too.

    Although the Faithlife servers are getting close to being back to normal I don't think email is fully restored yet - see latest post here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/96630.aspx

    Faithlife is having issues with the Exchange restore (pretty common). I'll have to contact on Monday, by phone.

    Their email system will be restored in time, but if your emails are time sensitive, you may want to contact them directly.

    Actually, per Jim Straatman on the update thread:

    // 12:33 PM PST, 11/27

    Email is back online and all data center systems are back in service.

    That's great news. It was only announced four hours ago so I assume most employees at Faithlife are with family celebrating Thanksgiving now.

    And even once they get back to work Monday, there will be a backlog of a week of emails (hopefully the ones that were sent during the outage were queued for them somehow and will still arrive at their intended destinations; I never got a bounceback message from the one email I attempted to send during the outage). So I expect it'll take them some hours to work through the backlog. Patience is a virtue that is worth practicing, and here's an opportunity.

    That's good news. Now I can imagine the backlog of emails they will have to go through. Rather than to hope that they see my message, I'm going to call in anyway (as the message is time sensitive).

    Thanks
