I just installed 6, and was having problems, so after calling support, I ended up deleting my data folder and redownloading everything, but when it tries to index, I just get to 4% every time before the indexer crashes.

somehow I put this in the logos 5 forum. Its supposed to be in the 6. Whoops
It looks as though there is a problem with the LEB OT RI
I would rename /Users/pbassham/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/kmsp4tgj.nnj/ResourceManager/Resources/LEBOT.lbsrvi and see if that allows the indexing to complete
You would then need to download that file again - "update resources" should do that
Thanks. Actually, when I looked there, that LEBOT wasn’t there, so I did the 'update resources' first, it downloaded it, but it still didn’t make it past 4%.

There is nothing in the latest logs to indicate a problem.
How much free space is there on the hard drive? If less than 20 GB you need to increase it to 35 GB.
it was like 18. I came up with 36, tried again, and... Same thing.
There's nothing in the logs so I think it is time for Tech Support to take a look.
