As far as I'm aware Personal Books are not yet able to sync with the Logos mobile apps.

You will have noticed not yet was said. with Logos 6 syncing of personal books between desktop installs (computer based be it laptop or desktop) will sync now. So it is very possible, even likely, that one day syncing to mobile devices could/will happen. I believe it was stated (in so many words) by a Logos programer this was not in the immediate plans to be implemented on the mobile platform but several months off who knows.
