HELP! Do I have this ordered or not?

I see the Lexham Press Pauline Studies Bundle ships Monday, yet I can't tell if I have ordered it!

The product page doesn't say "Ordered..." as it will when a prepub order has been made, YET the button is grayed out:

It does not appear this is in some other bundle, or a Logos 6 package that I may have already bought. It does not appear in my list of orders.

    I figured it out, what I don't have is some of the Lexham Bible Guides which are to be delivered at no additional charge if you bought the Lexham Press Pastor's Bundle or Scholar's Bundle.
