Enabling Additional Actions - Logos 5 and Word 2010

I had to replace my harddrive and am now trying to restore everything. I have searched and haven't found anything about this particular thing.
In Word 2010, under additional options, the option to copy Logos references does not show up. I am not running as an administrator and I can't find anything else that might affect it. Logos 5 is running when I try to activate this.
Is there a trick I have forgotten to it?

You've probably studied the logos.com article but take a look at this https://wiki.logos.com/Smart_Tags. You can ignore the 64-bit Logos section, but is Word 2010 64-bit?
