I am using Logos 5 and am on Win 7. Logos is trying to download but it stays at 0% complete forever. Attached is the log files. Can someone help? Thanks in advance

If nothing is downloading, you may need to reset BITS (the Windows component that downloads files). To do this, open an Administrator command prompt and enter:
bitsadmin /reset
(I can't remember if BitsAdmin is included with Windows 7 by default; if not, you may be able to install it from the Windows XP Support Tools: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18546)
Thanks Bradley. I did that and still no luck so I uninstalled the program hoping to re-install. Now I am stuck with the installer not working.
At this point I'd recommend you contact technical support to have them investigate the problem.
